What is Soft Play?
Soft play utilizes soft foam structures and surfaces creating a safe, fun and exciting area for your children. While in soft play areas little ones are imagining, exploring and enhancing gross motor skills.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to hold the date. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event.
How often do you clean your Equipment?
Every piece of the Soft Play Equipment is washed and sanitized thoroughly before and after each party. We clean and sanitize the equipment with an organic disinfectant product.
Do you set up indoors/Outdoors?
Yes, set ups can be done indoors or outdoors. However, we do not set up on dirt, mud, gravel, or unlevel surfaces.
We recommend to have shade for outdoor set-ups, equipment does get hot with sun ray. To ensure the safety of the kids, we will not set up outdoors if there is any rain in the forecast.
How long do you rent the equipment for?
We rent our Soft Play Equipment for a period of 4 hours, and charge $100.00 for each additional hour.
How do I book your equipment?
Please fill out our booking request form and we will get back with you promptly to confirm booking details. You have 48 hours to pay the deposit to save your date. Full payment must be paid two weeks prior to your event.
